Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist. Scheduling an appointment an easy process. Please call us at 630-369-0101 or fill out this form and we’ll get back to you shortly. Your appointments are very important to us and that time with our doctors and hygienists is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, therefore we respectfully ask that you allow for at least 48 hours for cancellations. Please know that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without advance notice, we are unable to offer that appointment time to another patient. As a courtesy to you, we will text or email appointment reminders to you so that you can confirm your appointment ahead of time. Cancellations without 48 hours notice and no shows will result in a $50 fee.
Insurance and Billing
We work with most traditional dental insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Naperville Dental Associates does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO); however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please note that payment is due at the time of service. We will bill your insurance company and track your claim as a courtesy to you. If there have been changes to your insurance plan, please notify us immediately. While we will strive to provide accurate estimates for treatment costs, it is the patient’s responsibility to understand your individual plan and benefits. After insurance benefits have been applied, any remaining cost is your responsibility and will be subject to finances charges if not paid in a timely manner.
