During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical and dental history, update necessary x-rays and give you time to get to know your doctor. Prior to your first visit, you will receive a link to our online forms. Please fill them out prior to your appointment so we can best serve you. We allow extra time for our new patient exams to make sure you never feel rushed. We look forward to meeting you!
